By booking or using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Services Offered
We offer private, door-to-door transport services including airport transfers, business travel, ski resort transfers, and excursions. All services are provided by licensed Swiss drivers in modern, well-maintained vehicles.
2. Booking and Confirmation
Bookings can be made online, by phone, or email.
You will receive a confirmation once your booking is processed.
Please ensure that all details (dates, times, addresses, number of passengers, luggage) are accurate.
Last-minute changes may not be guaranteed.
3. Prices and Payments
Prices are quoted in Swiss francs (CHF) and include VAT, tolls, and standard luggage.
Additional charges may apply for extra stops, excess baggage, waiting time or night service, if not specified at the time of order.
Payment is due at the time of booking or upon service, depending on agreement.
Accepted payment methods: cash, credit card, bank transfer, etc...
4. Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellations up to 24 hours before pickup are fully refundable.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before pickup may be subject to a 50–100% charge.
No-show without notice is non-refundable.
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.
5. Delays and Liability
We are not responsible for delays due to traffic, weather, road closures, or force majeure.
We recommend allowing sufficient time for airport check-in and connections.
We are not liable for missed flights, trains, or appointments caused by unforeseen circumstances.
6. Luggage and Passenger Safety
The passenger is responsible for declaring the correct number and size of luggage.
Bulky or unusual items (e.g. skis, bikes, pets) must be declared in advance.
All passengers must wear seat belts. Child seats are available on request.
Smoking, alcohol, and illegal substances are strictly prohibited in the vehicles.
7. Customer Conduct
Drivers reserve the right to refuse service to intoxicated or abusive passengers.
Any damage caused to the vehicle by a passenger will be charged to the client.
Inappropriate behaviour may result in immediate termination of the trip without refund.
8. Personal Data Protection
We collect and process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of your data for operational and legal purposes.
9. Insurance
Our vehicles are fully insured for passenger transport in Switzerland and neighbouring countries. On the other hand, the contents and value of the luggage are the responsibility of the customer. Passengers are advised to have their own travel insurance for additional coverage.
10. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
The Company can, at any time, modify these general conditions. However, the version at the time of booking will be considered. These general conditions are governed by Swiss law and the reference language is French. Any complaints must be made by mail within 5 working days after the end of the service.
